areis just get the simota intake i got lol it does the job. u cant expect any real power gains out of an intake for the k20z2 engine tbh anyway so dont bother hassling urself lol.

I've seen it done in a wrx before, but not in our civic. To pull it off properly you will either need to be very handy or spend quite a bit getting a custom bracket made. Looks great if done properly though.

Got a promotion 3 months back and since then have been working my ass off...12-13 hours a day, 6-7 days a week.
Finally getting a chance to install my turbo kit...WILL START TOMORROW!!!! got tomorrow and the weekend off. Hired my mate's van today, went to get a rivet gun, got all my tools ready, WOOT!

So today I managed to remove the cowl cover, cowl plate, manifold heat shield, and that's it.
I couldn't get the three bottom bolts off the manifold! I tried everything...wd40, ceramic freeze, hardcore strength, nothing worked!
Give up for the day.

This is what I do. Usually use a mild steel pipe about 1.5m long lol, can undo anything lol. Torque ftw.

how much gains are you expecting?
It all depends on the tune...Paul from Chasers will be doing it so I am pretty confident to expect good gains + reliability. The internal gate is set around 6-8psi but I would be guessing if I told you how many KW.
However 150kw atw would be plenty for daily driving.
Also I currently have stock cat and stock exhaust piping so once I upgrade those I should get a lot more!

Unfortunately ran into problems early on...the PnP harness may be incompatible with my car :( its made for the FG2...can't see how it would be much different to the FD2...
