The OZ Civic range don't have ESP or traction control. But it does have ABS and EBD. I was more interested in getting a car with ESP, so I paid a little extra for the Euro Std auto instead of getting the Civic Sport.

please no one flame me but what is it with people & esp? sorry just don't like the idea of an electronic devise taking over when you get a bit side ways :D

Cos not everyone has trained themselves to dial in some countersteer in a critical situation! Most just freak when their car doesn't go where it's being pointed!

yeah, esp is good for old farts, but give me control of my own car anyday! i don't care how good they say it is, its still an inferior computer controlled solution programmed by an inferior human :P

gawd, have either of you two driven the euro in very wet conditions for starters?..........the honda-euro ESP system is pretty awesome........I mean at least try it before you knock it.

it's a system that gives you balls or saves your a$$ in the wet.........I'd rather have it than not.

anyhow, I'm going to run the sport down the 1/4mile to see what times it can do for the hell of it when we get to around 5Kkm mark..........I reckon high 15's.

It all depends on your style, some like it forwards or sideways...driving that is... ;) wet is always fun! :p
