Went and bought some double sided foam tape from bunnings.
Took the door trim off (after watching bullshit YouTube vids)
Once the trim was off I couldn't see many places that the tape would benefit. Put some in various places anyway.

Didn't you say the rattling noise comes from the driver's side, lol why would you open up passenger side. I would start with applying foam tape around where the speaker makes contact with its housing if I were youQuote:
