Thanks heaps
it's just a sticker to tell the emission level the car achieves.
this is an older one (2001) that fits our EP3, i think they now have a diff sticker for newer standards.
Ok What should i do:
1)Spoon N1 = $935 shipped and do a 3'' custom B-pipe, Fujita CAI = $395
2) EBAY SPOON style muffler = $280 and do a 3'' custom B-pipe, Gruppe-M = $1,300-1,400
All priced are shipped

Custom CAI <$300 (dependant on air filter)
Modified OEM secondary header with hi flow cat with 2.5inch stainless mandrel exhaust mid muffler and cannon of choice <1K (Save about another $200 if using mild steel).
I had CAI, changed to GruppeM and there was almost nil difference on the road....and nil difference in HP output on the dyno!
No need for 3" unless you are going for bigger mods that I/H/E!
there you go...

1) Cut you original header at the front of the cat and weld in new cat of choice. Cost is the price of a cat ($150-$300) and max $100 in labour and 20-30 in a new flange (or use you original).
2) Stainless catback should cost you about $200-$300 in centre and rear muffler (dependant on brand). $100-$200 on piping and $200-$300 on labour.
Obviously I'm being a little broad on the pricing as each place is different (In Sydney labour can be anywhere from $60-$120 an hour). If done at once it should'nt cost you anymore than 1K.
Any capable exhaust shop can do this job. There is nothing about the EP3 that needs special attention.
That said, this is a budget option which would give you good gains!
Better still, if you're really keen, take the header off the engine and grind off the welds inside the flange.
1)Cut you original header at the front of the cat and weld in new cat:
Why needed to be cut?? and cant you just buy a cat and bolt it on??
2)take the header off the engine and grind off the welds inside the flange:
what's good about that?
Sorry i just have no idea on these stuff
thanx N.M
