you dont need the rectangular cut out :)
thats for the idle bypass on the non DBW euroR... we dont need it :D

Why do you need the P2R spacer? Is it needed?
Im getting a new gasket as part of the deal.
And I have a hondata headshield gasket on the Intake Manifold and when i do the throttle body heat bypass i cant see how the TB would get any heat....
Im being a sissy about :p it due to the potential loss of torque with my basic mods. The comparative graph of mine and justins dyno shows i have more torque in the crucial 3000-5000 rpm area which is where you drive in traffic. He has a lot more peak power but thats not going to help me drivign home each day.
Thats why im vasilating on the flywheel and clutch option and annoying everyone with my indecisions.
well i can't use the stock manifold or TB with it as it leaves a gap which can't be covered hence why my car was bouncing revs and popping like pop tarts  i know i am lame hahaaaa
but don't you have like a gap in using the spacer? or does your TB you changed it to not have that feature?
maybe you have wrong spacer
mine fits perfectly... it does have the rectangle cut out, but thats blocked off by the TB... (you'll notice theres a flat alluminium bit under the inlet)
and suntzu: the spacer increase the capacity of the plenum, this leaves more air available to the cylinders... increasing torque and power (not by much) but a little... P2R say theyve got 4.5hp gain atw... now if thats true, thats 3.3kw atw... thats 3300w of energy... thats double the power required to aircondition a normal sized house!
ive ordered another RBC, and 3x J32A3 throttle bodies lol
so if your keen, ill happily make a kit up for you... and we'll do before/after dyno's :D
hahaha also just ordered enough parts to make 2x more complete 3" cold air intakes to fit the J32A3 TB on an RBC...
What was the price of the throttle body? I'd buy one off you if it works. :)
I want to know if the TB actuator wiring for the Euro will properly operate the J32's actuator. :D
