change the gear box oil firstg.. go with the least expensive.... no need to rebuild gear box.. oil change at hann'ys is 50 bucks. labor included... if if it still doesnt work.. ganan change ur synchros.. it will cost a few hundred
check ur clutch fluid level and check if there is any leak on the master cylinder ;)
