the vti had vtec, but its vtec-e which focuses on economy rather then performance. my friend has a vti sedan, and says its nothing special. however if you got the vti-r it will have the b16a engine (rather then the d16) which will give you quite a bit of performance.
the gli does not have vtec, but has all the conveniances, like power stuff, and aircon. its an alright engine, the d16y4 in my cxi is a bloody good engine. and in the gli, it will last you ages and ages (but its like that with most honda engines anyway)
