Had I paid more attention and noticed she was making to much power I could have stopped the run before it was too late but I was talking to other members
Goodluck with the swap. I look forward to seeing how it turns out. Never heard of anyone adapting a the greddy kit to a large capacity motor. You will need a new downpipe too - the stock one just wont cut it, it will choke out vtec to the point where you will ping your ass off no matter the timing.
My best advice is to sell the full-kit as is (inc exhaust). A bolton affair for 3k. Then do a custom kit with the new knowledge you have of turbo systems. Or a greddy kit for the b-series motor..
agreed
Thanks Guys...... T2 and T25 are in fact the same ;)
Fits perfectly
New B-series manifold bolted up to the small ass GReddy Turbo

Just to get run and running as this car is my daily driver..
Should be fine on 6 or 7 PSI yeah?
Will upgrading the turbo...soon and have one lined up.
And yeah now that I know how/why turbo kits work building custom won't be a problem
What do you mean by new downpipe?
I have a custom 2.5" downpipe coming off the Turbo Outlet Adapter...
Are you talking about the Turbo Outlet Adapter not being big enough?
That stupid cast thing with greddy stamped on it. Its really chokes it. Feel inside, not well designed. I ported mine and the header when i took mine off for epa reasons.
porting is not a bad idea luke.
Worth the free few kws you might get
you use a dremel tool, unless you have an aircompressor then you use air tools
