Yup

Replace turbo manifold with stock header and down pipe
Remove intercooler charge pipes with stock intake and air box
Ether retune or replace injectors with stock ones and install stock ECU
Block off all vac lines (you can leave these if you wish)
Block off oil and water turbo lines (very important you do this right(

i'd be changing the exhaust/intake parts over first, if then you find its sluggish/decomped etc, look into another engine.

how much power are you making/how much boost are you pushing.. this should tell us if the motor is built of not.

i wouldnt know i never got it dynod and never played with the boost so honestly i would have no idea.

My main issue with this conversion is the oil lines and water lines? Where would they go after they are taken off the turbo?

oil lines and water are easy.

Oil is most likely tapped from the block (either a grub screw or from the oil pressure send with a T piece). Trace it back and plug up the hole.
Same with the one in the sump. Just get the right fittings for it.

Water line is prob coming from the line that feeds the throttle body. You can either plug them up or rehook them back to the throttle body line which prob has a cap on it.

why would he need to touch the Head?

well the headgasket might have been replaced with a thicker item to drop compression

Going by what hes siad the power sounds like stock internals

it depends, i think it has a metal headgasket.

Would I need to change that?

all head gaskets are generally metal.
you may need to put it back and drive it carefully to dyno to check if its all good still.
Not sure how to test the static compression

Its got a XSP Racing Performance manifold (is this part of a kit lol)

Its got a standard ECU from what I seen, nothing flash.

This is the oil line that runs from under/near the distributor to the top of the turbo. How do I seal it off from there?
