Check the civic sticky for car weight (I think the EK4 is in there)
As for the tyre size, you will have to ask someone on here what the stock EK4 rim size and tyre profile is and then work out the rolling diameter.
OR you can do a search and find the online tyre calculator and find out how much your speedo is off by :)

hey my rsm is like that too-
i just dont use that view so it doesnt piss me off :D
however, i found when i drove sensibly-- changing safely so 1st gear wasnt at 50km/h hehehe-= the RSM was like REALLY accurate-
it only begun going weird when i drove it hard and did 1/4 mile runs and 0-100 runs-
try drive without redlining or hard drives :) just give a sunday drive and see for yourself-
