replacing a radiator is sucha easy job, u wouldnt need to pay someone to do it, just get the part and DIY, it should take u 10mins to 30mins max.
I've had my ASI rad and slim fan for a good year now since my accident wiped out my stock aluminium rad. It's great for it's price. It only cost be 120 when I first got it...never looked back or considered buying a Koyo or Mishimoto. It serves it's purpose well and its easy to install. Comes with its own rad cap. Only bad thing is I had to ditch my Greddy cap because it wouldn't fit due to the large size of the filler neck.
All reviews online with the Mazda crews seem to be pretty solid. A number of members at the RX7 forums are running these in twin turbo RX7 setups without any problem. My hoses blew out first before the rad did so that says something. :) ...I need new silicone hoses lol
why dun u unplug that big plasitc tube and clean around the edge and re tighten it?
na its not the hose thats leakin its the actual welds or watever like where its circled... took it mechanic n he topped up the water then put sum pump thing wit pressure gauge n as he pumped the water was leakn out there... it looks so dirty cuz the fluids been splashn all ova the place
bump..
howd it go zeforce? thanks for the info hayashi and omgzilla
is it true you have to ground all aluminium raditors to stop oxidization or sumthing?
I havent yet got around to installing my radiator. However, I am quite happy with the quality of the item and I think it will work just fine.

sweet it definitly looks the business, is it like 1.5 times thicker than stock or more like 2 times? reckon therel be any trouble fitting in with normal size fan?
i take it you bought it from asi performance ebay seller?
got one ordered n waitin delivery :D
can any1 tell me how to 'ground' a radiator to prevent electrolosys?
Simplest & cheapesr fix would to get that hole welded and you wouldn't need to get a new radiator. :)
