luzinit... my DPs that came on the SiR were powdercoated - I had them on the car for 12 months and they were fine. SO my guess is it's the quality of the job in the first place.
powder coating is round $30-$45 p/wheel. depending on whats already on them. they need to acid wash and sandblast em.
takes about 1-2 days depending on how busy they are. i looked into it ages ago and my powder-coaters said they could have em done within a day
