I'm sorry to hear that you had a motor fail due to our caps.. but as i said, i know for a fact those caps are shit and i would never ever recommend them to anyone.. but as for our radiators they are of high quality
I dont know how they are cheaper in the US when they are manufactured here, but thats not my issue, i'm a fitter and turning apprentice
as for testing, i have worked throughout the factory, when they come out of the furnace, the header plate to tube seal is checked by light, then they are sealed by test plates and pressurised and dropped into water to check for leaks from tubes ect.
They are then sent to welding, welders weld tanks ect on, everything is sealed (bungs, caps put on,) and repressurised, and dropped into water again to check for leaks from any welds
How long ago were these radiators purchased cause alot has changed, service is alot better than what it used to be, i've been at the company for near 2 years and since the start of this year, alot of changes have been made
