this is a pointless thread -

any honda let alone car CAN be engineered , and within reason and ADRs/emissions CAN drive on the street legally with a plethora of parts missing or mods to the engine. That is , with money spent you COULD drive a 10 second RWD or FWD on the street.

I think its better for the OP to ask

"what is the lowest ET for a honda in the world , on STREET LEGAL TYRES?"

erm anyone lol. Phil has a life now he got kid he got mortgage he got wife that needs a pleasin' ! I know first hand that is incredibly hard to maintain a car hobby while one or more of the above exists lol.
