Well you cant do much other than wait for the cops to find the prick...or unless other members spot the rims...even so, it would be difficult to convict them because there isnt really a way to tell that the rims were stolen (and not owned by them) unless there was proof with the surveillance camera at the car park showing their faces and/or car rego.

But anyways, hope things work out good for you :)
