He has a DOHC B18B, dont lose hope just cause its not vtec. I/H/E will free up your engine, sure gains wont be as great as a B18C but heck there are people modding auto D16 single cams. I did I/H/E and it certainly was an upgrade on my old B18B2

. Plus when you sell your car you can sell your exhaust easily as all B series headers are interchangble.
