Actually the led were still the red colour even tho I got white LEDs
I'll have to try otherwise I'll scrap the idea all together
man the eg6 cluster is proving to be a pain in the A$$
all efforts are not a waste though ...... research is the only way
basically i had a look over at honda-tech.com and a post in 2004 mentioned that the problem stems from the resistors in the cluster limiting the ability to adjust the brightness. so unless someone can circumvent that resistor (knows about electronics) then its a lost cause, no amount of leds, smd leds will make it brighter. the guy at jaycar hooked up the led i bought and it was very bright, much brighter than in the cluster, thus concluding that the cluster is the problem, not the bulbs
ive given up and will drive with a dim cluster, as long as i can see the needles, i just cant make out the odo and trip meter unless i get right up close
i got the same prob dude! dimm a$$ eg6 cluster...
i think ill jus cheap around this and go buy sum autobarn led's and point them into the cluster
Ghetto style
I'll just take it as is cbf
