Friend of mine spoke to Honda Aust about the EuroR, and the reason why they havent released the EuroR in Aust. is because the reckon there wont be enough sales to justify them doing crash tests etc.. to bring over the car. What a load of BS, if they had released the EuroR here, Id buy it.
Why would they need to do separate crash tests for the EuroR when the Euro is already sold over here?
I still think its bs, but my guess is that the EuroR has a different engine and specs to the accord Euro ie CL7 and CL9.
As usual I always buy too eary, wonder if I get my 16 inch rims traded in for the new 17 inch rims? Not too worried about the space saver tyre issue, don't plan on having too many flats and if I do it only has to last untill you get to a repair shop anyhow!

Yeah the pics of the 05 euro's is definetly lowered. If it was standard the wheel arch gaps would surely be bigger. My car looked like a 4wd when i first put in my aftermarket alloys unlowered as well....
They do that a lot in car advertisments or pictures. Same deal with tint, they put real dark tint on which make it look so nice.. But in reality is illegal...
Can someone find out if they modified the spare wheel well for the '05 model to fit the full sized spare? Or is it just a case of dropping a full size into the existing sized wheel well?

Got confirmation- it is this one. As noted by others this is not an Oz spec car, but I do imagine a Aussie car to be sitting on similar ride height due to suspension changes and lower profile tyres.
