from experience you can do a good polish without a drill. but be prepared to put in some elbow grease, I have restored gauge clusters by sanding then polishing by hand with a regular autosol metal polish, it works, but takes a long time. Id imagine with glass itd take abit longer, but would still be achievable.
i dunno if id be taking that plastic out from infront of the radiator its there to provide direct and smooth air flow to the radiator even during cornering :S
nice lights man
my mate just pulled his lights off the car, used a heat gun and took the actual plastic off the front lights and sanded both the inside and outside down, then polished em
i have yet 2 c how good its turned out but from what i herd they are pretty good
and his lights were just as foggy and had DIRT trapped inside :S
i removed the black thing off the front so i could fit my mugen CAI
its so annoying
didnt relise i had 2 pull my whole bumper off for 3 clips
can be so time consuming
did my driver's side light today by hand. came out very good but still gonna do another session with it cos my arms got tired!
