Yeah 'FERIO' is just a name for the Civic Sedans..
when I was in Tokyo in 2007, we visited a Honda PRIMO Dealership and they had just serviced a Bone-stock Ferio with a B16A under the hood.. the STRANGE thing was it's VIN tag listed it as an 'EK4' !?!! but the car was definately BONE STOCK.. unless someone went through a LOT of effort to make the swap look like it came from the factory :P

Yes, ABS is a type of plastic used for lips etc, but I'm not sure what it means in this case, because I have a genuine Mugen Ferio wing on my EK sedan (sorry eg5civic no rice here) and it's definitely fibreglass. As far as I know the Mugen wing and side skirts were both fibreglass (not sure about front and rear lips).
This was the wing when I received it - as you can tell it wasn't in the best shape - and actually had a small hole drilled underneath for some odd reason I've never worked out, but you can see by the photos it's fibreglass construction and it's hollow inside so not 'too heavy'. However, with the metal stands included it weighs 3.5kg!

Yeh i didn't know EK4 were in sedans as well - wish I had a B16A under my bonnet lol!
Thanks man - and yes, you're right there are a lot of fakes around. You can normally tell because they don't have the Mugen badge and are made from ABS plastic generally. I was very lucky to come across it when I did and paid a little penny for it too, so it's the real deal. I also managed to pick up a genuine set of the Mugen badges brand new in the packet as well :) But funnily enough the guy I bought it off (on Honda-Tech forum in US) actually lived in Phillipines.
It has taken me a year to get my car to where it is - all genuine Honda Type R or Honda Access parts from Japan and US - so if you're patient (and have some luck along the way) sometimes it pays off

Clean sedan, should of gotten EJ8 / no bumper strip front and rear bars.
colour coded strips look tracky.
And you definately need aftermarket wheels.
