Yeap, Most of the Hondas, Toyotas, GMs in this region are made in Detroit of the East - Pra-Yong in Thailand. So the 4 disc brake Jazz VTEC should be hitting Australian Shore pretty soon.

just get the rear disc conversation kit is better than DIY since they come with everything u need and they are all Honda parts
where do you get the rear disc conversion kit from?? I'm interested...
in HK.
Got any idea how much? and what shop in HK? and address? and how heavy do you think?? Cos i got friend in HK, can get him buy and send over...
Thanks.
Tye G, do you mind giving me the leads in Hong Kong, cause my wife travel to HK quite often ( Toys - Toys & Toys ), may be I can do some parts hunting myself.
Thanks
TypeG, can you please tell me if I'll be able to get those Mugen Rims from Hong Hong, I am looking for some NR series rims.
Over in Malaysia, they have to order Mugen Rims and one guy quoted RM 7-8k (That's about 2-2.5k AUD)
For a Mugen rims, it is about right man.
Plus dont tell me you go to ask yr wife to send it over..... LOL
go Mongkok is all I suggest
For the rear disc conversation, it will not be cheap as they are Honda parts like cailper and mounting. If anyone want me to bring some over here, let me know as I going to send all my shit back here using feight forward but I need a min. weight if I want to send my stuff here using feight forward.
Wife's "Yee Ma" is there, All the staff she bought , we freight them if it's too heavy, and I normally go along, Okay, I'll dig up the HongKong Option Magazines to study.
Thanks guys.
And the mugen rims.......................... too much for a lady driver, especially my wife............. (It's okay, she has no idea who is duke, I'll live....)
does the Jazz feel like it's having too much brake force at the front and the rear brakes out too much??
if not, then why bother spending the $$$ on the rear brake kit?
I agree with Tofu, If you bring your baby to the race track often, probably you might want it... personally, with a light car light this, I do not think is worth spending the $$$ for the rear disc conversion... Considering some big cars / 4WD (e.g. Tribute) only have drum brakes at the back... I suppose they are 4WD and disc brake at the rear disc brake might not have much effect.. you get what I mean anyway...
Well.. up to you ... ;)
Or... wait for the next model .. hehehe. :D
