Don't waste your time taking a look at it, the engine is a b18C2 and your vehicle check says its a VTIR. Theres heaps of fake Type Rs around.
WOW turns out i was right ! it was a rebirth !!!
vti-r made to look like a dc2R ! wow! hahahahaha
either 1 the chiq was playin dumb! but she didnt sound very shoked when i broke the news to her!!!

i dont know i guess the sunroof gives it away?
lol how lame
if it came up with b18c2 and VTIR on the check, i wouldnt have even bothered with it...
if you do a sevs check and it says something else then give it a pass dude and don't waste anymore time on it. Don't be tempted by the price just sit back and wait and be patient....I know I did and bought myself a nice CW ITR when it came on the market.
all we know now is some naive person is gonna be hugly dissapointed when they buy this replica and find out its not really a type R
just lookin at that link on carsguide, the seller has added " Conversion to TYPE-R look-a-like..."
At least they realise they've been caught out, shifty though! To the untrained eye you wouldn't know, intake manifold is a dead giveaway.
was the sunroof aftermarket ?
