My car is about 2inches 50mm lower than standard...maybe a bit more, though I am not 100% sure o nthe exact amount.
The difference with the SuperWagon is they have dampening adjustment as well as height adjustment as opposed to the standard Wagons which are only height adjustable.

so how the find that height for daily driving? i assume you are using your stock bumper, any scrapages?

I have always had pretty low cars though, so I always take it easy with driveways, speed humps, etc.

Well I can still go about another 1 inch lower I would say. So going off my guesstimate you can lower a max of about 3.5inches over stock.
I think they have the actual specs on the Tein site if my memory serves me correctly, though I can't remember what they are off the top of my head.
It is a good stuff, I used to have them in my previous car. It was a bit hard and bumpy but car handling really well.
Jus-10, you have a place where you upload pics of your car? I kinda would like to see with 2~inches lower than stock, what it would look like. Plus I know you have nice wheels and I have never got the chance to see them ^^
