But cleary that's an ngk spark lead not spoon.... :)
+1 rep for effort!!
Nice work but... the grounding point for the spoon leads are where the bolts for spark plug covers are. Not that point where the stock grounding from chassis to rocker cover is.
nice write up though, however what are the purposes of changing leads? is it just a cheap mod to say u got spoon on your car?
well anything spoon to me is good lolz
right on track dude !!
that is ngk mate, not spoon.. correct if im wrong !!
yeah thanks for the input, i knew it looked wrong hahaha
cheers
wank factor i guess?
looks the goods though !
Did we really need a DIY for this ?
If someone can't change their leads, they shouldn't be near a car.
Join year or whatever, who cares.
In my mind, if you think that adding spoon ignition leads improves the appearance of the engine bay more so than a good dusting & degreasing (which your engine bay needs) then your wires are crossed.
From all the posts and replies in this thread, it just seems like a thread about "look everyone, I got SPOON, I'm cool."
No hard feelings mate, Just being my honest usual self.
On overage, how long would the oem spark plug leads be good for? i want to change to OEM and not sure if buying from the wreckers will be fine...
cheers guys
