civic ED strut bars?

Not sure if I've got different bars, but when trying to bend the longest (to which I could therefore apply the greatest leverage and force) there was zero sign of bending. I'll try some extreme violence on the rear tie bar sometime when I'm certain my ASR kit is here as I won't need it then. Might try and find out just how much force it takes to bend/break it.

the bars with the bolted style connections are crap - regardless of material strength (which is important also) the design still allows alot of flex

you want a fully welded quality setup like what ultra racing make....

lol have you actually done any materials testing in an engineering environment?

i have ... theres a reason that brand name strut braces are made of stronger materials ...

save your money man ... get some desent gear

Meh. I'll see how these go and can always upgrade later. Other areas I'd prefer to be spending the bigger dollars on first.
