I heard (when I was looking for an FTO GPX) that the paper stats were highly inaccurate and on the road, the actual times were around mid 15s. I was referring to an article done by Banzai mag a year or 2 ago..

it all depends on who is driving the car
Statistically/Theoretically speaking, it can go both ways.
Only one real way of finding out, take it to the black strip.
