Nope, the CU2 and CL9 use different remote frequencies. The CL9 Euro also has a different frequency to the CL9 TSX.Quote:

Yes, you can use the facelift Euro keys but like you said they are quite a bit more expensive then importing a Acura key.Quote:

I upgraded to a flip key for my CL9. Was so easy. All you do is remove the remote part where the buttons are out of the original key fob and it was a straight fit into my new remote.. then you take out the imobilzer chip and insert it in the new key.. no programming required. Then I just got the key cut and that was it... so, $16 for the flip key, $20 to cut it.. and that’s it!

just got to make sure the buttons are arranged in the exact way for it to work.
the factory Honda/Acura ones were way too costly for me.
