Going to ser the bloke Saturday morning

I just got a price from the place called Alfio classics. He has 26 yrs experience he runs and works in the shop by himself, he quoted 2800 with spieshecker same colour 6months warranty but with all repairs done, he said he wouldn't priming the whole car he would only prime the areas that we repaired is that bad?

He also quoted 2k for protec with all repairs done but no warranty.
