Nah we actually sat there in my car checking each part to make sure it was the same and also to pinpoint where something went wrong (it was the Civic FD side of the harness although it did appear to be wired exactly the same as the one I've got in my car now). As promised a (grainy) photo of the head unit!

Hey mate, this specific model of the HU prices at around $600-620, though I think you may be able to get it cheaper if you order from America. I Paid another $300 for a gps add on module. Everything was a breeze to install (other than the faulty harness_
