Looks typical US style car. More of a facelift than anything special. I don't mind it, but it's nothing to get excited about. And "Sporty" is about the last word in the US market, although having said that, I get the feeling Honda will eventually make an Accord for all markets instead of 2 accords (i.e. US accord and Accord Euro). Upgraded engine and they only finally caught up to Toyota's V6 which has been out for over half a decade. Should be able to do way better than that.
the epitome of boring and conservative..
then again the 320i and C200 are equally boring looking..
Another Camry/Hyundai-like Honda? I like the earlier version (2008 - 2010) better
Thats always been what the accord is about though, never pushing the envelope...saw a recent post where someone compared the accords of yesteryear to the competitors at the time eg camry etc, and the accord was the only one that wouldn't look out of place on the road today, whereas the others age really badly. A currently example would be Hyundai design eg i45, which will go stale real quick imo.
CVT...
After 10 million US auto tranny recalls. About time they get rid of that stupid "hondamatic" BS.
Still, This is about as exciting as the current Nissan Maxima, hell, even the drive train sounds similar.

138kW for the 2.4 I4 with 6-speed manual or CVT and 207kW for the 3.5 V6 6-speed auto in the USA. Also lots of goodies that we probably won't get in OZ.
