Primary O2 Oxygen sensor usually throws a CEL if there is a problem with it, check it out first. Spark plug should be checked, air filter might be dirty... Service the car..
Would check my O2 sensor as well as i'm not really getting "much" with my single carby eg. if I replace my cluster that has a CEL, would that work or if a car that was fitted (factory) with a cluster w/o a cell, doesn't really have a wiring for CEL? I know, I know it's a noob question.Quote:

As above have posted check your air filter and also try removing the neg battery terminal for 10mins. This should set your ECU settings back to default which may help.
