Exactly mate! there are some seedy rips out there and some horrible examples of overpriced cars.

Best not to if it got to the electrics then it will be ruined over time, maybe not when you first buy it, but once electrical wires start to rust from the inside than classify the car ruined :)
Had a customer who went through the whole dilemma, felt sorry for her, she thought got a bargain, till it broke down
Previous person that sold it did mention it had flood damage, however it was much cheaper than 13200.
The seller has advised buyers:
"This car used to be interstate and suffered water damage to the rear end. All has been fixed and is Listed on revs for exactly this and is 100% drivable and legal!"
The laws of buying and selling are simple.
1. Seller of any item can ask any price they want
2. Caveat Emptor
3. Do your homework
4. Inspect
5. Bargain
6. Be prepared to walk away
