if you have a VTi Civil then all you should have to wire is the KS and IAB
VTP, VTS, PO2H should already be present however you wont need to use VTP. worse case you have to wire PO2H as well

is it going to make it easier actually if i have a obd1 ecu as my car and some components are originally obd1?
like less plugs gotta be changed on the stock loom?
i wil be able to get a obd1 ecu for cheap if it wil turn easier
if you have an OBDIIa Engine harness with an OBDIIa Engine its a straight plug in in the engine bay. wheather you go OBDI or OBDIIa ECU you still have to run the wires required. OBDI ECU gives you flexability to tune
