if your pod filter is exposed within the engine bay it will have to be covered up, but if the the intake and pod filter at the end is down at the bottom it is fine.

??? Think this has been covered, and SA is very different to other states when it comes to policing of legalities. Repeat. Exposed filter is NOT legal.
