If your worried about the cost OP, ek4 brakes aren't so bad as well.
I would go the ITR if the budget allows as it really opens up the Range or rims avaiable.

ek4 is 262 like dc2 vtir. on a smaller car like the eg the 262 set up should be all you need.
if yo consider ppl charge say 1k for the dc2r set up and 250 or so for the vtir set up. if you spend that extra 750 ob new rotors, pads, braided lines, fluid the 262 set up will pull up harder the the 282 know what im sayn?
also budget for new ball joints and wheel bearings
