I gotta say if it wasn't for Jensons performance last race, I'd say it wont impact on the race at all lol without them, hardly notice it really....good to see another BB hating person!
yes i agree, however one might say that non-refundable goods from rebel sports causes much anger to all, so we should focus on dealing with that matter first.
What is it with the BMW-Williams being a really slow car? Unless they've piled on bucketloads of wing, there's something seriously wrong with their engine!
Webber set 4th fastest time in practice today despite having THE slowest car in straight line. There was no-one slower through the speed trap than Webber, and Heidfeld wasn't much faster. It certainly explains why they were nowhere in the first sector times.
How are they expected to compete with cars which are 15km/h slower down the straights? What good is having a good car through the bends when you're gobbled up on the straight? All it means is you get held up by a slower driver for the whole lap but can't pass on the straight.
As I feel BAR-honda have been treated unfairly in this matter regarding the fuel tank, I wont be putting in my predictions for the next 2 races, as a sign of my feelings on this. Im also boycotting watching the next 2 races.
Hope no1 gets too far ahead of me in the tips, but yeah I wanna side with them on this, if my team is out, so am I :)
that's an interesting decision pornstar, hope you don't fall too far behind
anyway, massive article from formula1.com - talking about max mosley and the whole BAR debacle (be warned, it's a massive read):
http://www.formula1.com/race/news/2971/736.html
i will put in my tips later today
Pornstar - You sure you want to miss the next 2 tipping rounds? You can enter the rounds and just not watch the race? I don't want you to fall behind by a lot when your equal 1st.
Vivski - I know what you mean with the BMW's, remember at Imola they couldn't hit 300km/h, I'm sure Webber was the closest to hitting it with 297.3km/h and Michael and Alonso were in the 312km/h area.
The amount of negative media he is getting it was about time Frank stepped in and said the car was rubbish, Sam Michael reckons the car is fantasic and Webber might be the problem.
Guys, I to hate Big Brother, not as much as I hate NCIS.
Looks like Kimi still has the pace and I hope Trulli gets a win if not Kimi or Michael. Toyota has such a great car well done to them.
Should be a great race, Pornstar dude think about it.
Common Pornstar!! just tip!!
yeh toyota definetly have built one damn good car, coming from absoloutely no where and being the second highest spending team in F1 they needed results by now, and huge improvement to them. Be interesting to see if they can keep it up in Spain. I hadnt heard that Frank said the car was rubbish! lol good idea though cause Hiedfeld and Webber have had some bad words put out about them
I feel that strongly about it, that I have no idea what qualifying is like, dont know what time the race is going to be broadcast, and hence have no idea, Im totalling staying away for the next 2, so tips also included.
No offense intended to you blokes, I reckon this comp is awesome, its bringing in people that have never really watched f1 to give it a go and get in on the action, and thats a thumbs up to u jase.
But im boycotting the next 2 so I wont tip. *hopes that no-one gets 1 right :)*
Ok here i go my tips are....
1. m.schumacher
2. alonso
3. trulli
4. kimi
5. r.schumacher
6. barrichello
7. webber
8. fisi
Hard one to pick... barrichello is my wild card.
Andy, I understand why you're boycotting, but why not just put in some default tips. Like say you'll take the top 8 on the grid as your tips whoever that is. Doesn't affect your protest and you might just pick up a few point in the process.
In other news. What's going on?! Why's it so friggin' close?! This is not like F1 at all. One second separates the top 10 so far. And it looks like Ferrari don't have the dominant car they said they'd have.
Throughout practice it was clear that Michael is capable of going very quick, but Kimi and Fernando are consistently VERY fast. The Toyota seems to be very quick in bursts but not sure of their race setup. And who knows about the BMWs.
Perhaps the most surprising stat of all is the speed trap. Either those Cosworth engines have phenominal power or the Minardis are running zero downforce. The two Minardis were fastest through the speed trap, but 5 seconds slower for the lap. Hope no-one gets stuck behind them in the race, 'cos they could be very hard to overtake.
