super old thread, but ive read somewhere that i now cant find that someone with an EG installed an EK/Dc2 VTiR booster/master cylinder and their booster that they used for their EG now didnt fit, anyone know the go here... will an EG stopper fit an EG with a 15/16 or 1'' booster?
probably more to do with their old bb/mc being non-abs(not as big as the abs units)
^^ you are correct that once you swap out the standard EG master cylinder with a larger unit from a EK/DC2, you will need to use a DC2R brake stopper.
i sadly had to sell mine as this exact thing happened to me.
Also bb4 bb and BMC won't fit the eg brake stopper in an eg
alright thanks for that... and does dc2 unit all line up or do you have to drill?
im fairly sure its just bolt in, just need to move the electrical harness but cable ties are provided with the brake stopper
