Go for some Araldite mate, it's a two stage epoxy, looks like it's in a syringe with two chambers, each with a diff. colour liquid in them. DO NOT USE SUPERGLUE OR ANY OTHER CHEAP 'TARZAN' GRIP, THEY WILL EAT THROUGH THE RUBBER!!!!!!!
Squirt a bit of the liquid (it pumps equal amounts of each at the same time) onto the surface you want to stick, let it go tacky (sticky) for about two minutes, then adhere the seal. This stuff is rated to like 1.6tonne so that seal aint going nowhere!!!!!
Available at any hardware store!
Hope this helps!

You really must put this rubber strip in. People (in the states) have had bonnets POP/unclip at high-speed, cause the air got under 'em. Bonnet Pins are a must at the track for this reason.
I had to redrill all the holes as well as trim-down the clips. Because the CF is ten times thicker than the thin steel sheet they're made to go through. But all good now....But I still haven't done my Bonnet pins.
Just do-it right the first time, I mean, Glue. :thumbdwn: , talk about Getto.

air is gonna get under it man even with my ghetto glue job and even with your drill job
if it happens it happens
im will not put bonnet pins in im sorry but i just hate the look..and thats why i got the bonnet
the bonnet i have is not full carbon its carbon fibre with fibreglass not really that much lighter...maybe if i track it ill consider
