dude you arent gonna make more power down low in the rev range by bringing vtec in earlier. if anything you will go slower than you are now while using more fuel. I wouldnt bother. If you want one, i got one with my car and pulled it out when i bought the car, ill sell you it but i pulled it out for a reason dude.

if u tune the vafc2 u can get more power down low, dont move the vtec point. ur tuner should be able to do this for u.

yeh.. das rite man.. all suggestions above is made based on ur current state of the car. although it might look cool to that Vtec controller on ur dash but if u didnt tuned the car to fit it, is JZ a display thing. at the same time u uses more fuel too.. thats tooo big much to pay for a look factor dude..
i used to have this thou too... but er.. after u seriously consider all those linking effects when adding parts in a car. i think is best to save it for now, if ya really lift the performance, bring more power at high rev, look at the manifolds, air intake, final drive, stuff like that.
