well so you still have 10 litres left. Usually you should get more with optimax though because its a denser fuel.
try getting some injector cleaner. I sometimes use the blue bottle (chemtech) I think. Blue bottle with a picture of a truck on it. You pop a little bit in before you fill up.
Has your car been regularly serviced? ie oil change, fuel filter, oil filter, etc??
Oh, and I have a stock filter that my cousin got out of a front cut, so I doubt filter will make much difference. Is it clean?
aint u meant to only use premium for those car? thats wat it said on my petrol cap hehe
ill try the injector cleaner =)
well i jus recently bought d car from a honda dealer
apparently its been serviced etc
ive checked the airfilter, it was kinda dirty, i alreadi tried cleanin it, wasnt very sucessful. it didnt bother me much, i was plannin on changin it ne ways.

B16A I know - but on a trip to Melbourne I get 520kms on 38 liters. That's with the SiR's gearing too.
I only run BP ultimate or Optimax in it - Optimax when I'm in Vic as Ultimate isn't the easiest to find.
ill give it a service dis weekend =) see wat diff it makes
mayb thats all it needs.
what oil do u use?
i own a civic aswell, ive always used mobile 1
I use mobil 1 5-50. I've found in the EK VTIR it tends to gulp more fuel than the teg if you rev it a bit during that driving period on that tank.Quote:

5-50 is pretty thick for street usage I would recommend 0-40 or 10-30...but for track usage the added protection of the 5-50 grade oil will be better although it does rob power just a little.Quote:

May I ask how you calculated your L/100Kms reading? (not calling you a liar :)).
