they actually seem to be getting pretty good reviews, as long as you make sure everything is tightened down when you get it, and some people have had trouble with axles locking into them... which can be easily avoided by modifying the axles very slightly. Apparently this problem has occured in the quaife units as well. There are many obx lsd's stateside with 400+ hp being pushed through them without a problem.Quote:

LMFAO this is the first i've ever heard of the EK4 VTiR or even EM1 VTiR's having LSD's !! even JDM models only had an LSD as an optional extra. the only models to have an LSD as STANDARD are the EK9, DC2-R and the EF9 SiR-II.. any others that MIGHT have had them were simply optional.Quote:

i didnt say EM1 got LSD....
Is it worth getting an LSD on a DC2 VTI-R?

id say so.. havnt heard of a 1 way..
there are also different types of lsd's. helical, clutch etc. helical is the expensive type, clutch are cheaper but wear out.
1way lsd is like its only active on acceleration, where as 2 way work on both acceleration and decelerationQuote:
