Go out and get Meguirs PlastX or Plastic X..
or something along those lines...

worked a treat on me and my friends cars with the same problem...
clears em up with a simple rub on rub off... and only bout $15 bucks a bottle..
works on headlights rear lights indicators... everythin... :thumbsup:

i just use the excess turtle wax color cure, its a poishing wax. Just a simple rub on rubb off method too.
