If not, get a lawyer, cancel the insurance, get a re fund, get the car valued by insurance, then buy it, then get the car valued by an independant valuer and then claim it all back.
Then sell the parts!!

an insurance company is stupid, they work to save themselves money and they have no real vested interest in how much you get for your car. My insurance company valued my 96 vtir at $500 after a crash. This is how much i bought it for.Quote:
