It wasn't moved because it was a groupbuy. It was moved (by me) because the thread was posted up by James from Hondata and not by Toda Racing Australia. Doing this is against our terms and conditions of having one account per person. Not only that but James is also currently banned. Groupbuy / preorder ......same thing.......and that is not why the thread was moved by me.
As for the record I have no 'weird vendetta' against James. My only beef with James is that he continually fails to follow our rules, that is why he is currently banned and that is why he posted up that thread using Toda's account. I don't sell ECUs and neither does Ozhonda so I don't see why I would have something against Hondata?
I even oferred James a partnership with Ozhonda which he declined. The only time he wanted to join up as a trader was after he was banned for unauthorised advertising. After that he demanded his account be reinstated and be put on as a trader (not before threatening to abuse his trader rights). I don't like threats and I don't think anyone would either.
It only costs $30 per month to be a trader on here so I don't see what the fuss was about. Our rules are simple and James isn't an exception to it.
Adrian / Toda has been trading on Ozhonda for a long time and we have had no dramas whatsoever up until now.
Our rules are simple so I'm sick of the blam being put on me/the mods simply because people can't follow the rules. I'm waiting for a reply from you Adrian......I thought we would be able to settle this in private but I guess not.
Arent groupbuys and preorders different? Pre orders mean you are getting things in stock soon and allow people to reserve one in the case where stock runs out. Group buys you are only ordering if theres enough interest.
I think pre-orders should be allowed. Its up to the decretion of the seller to decide if he wants to hide his groupbuy behind the pre-order status tho and of course face consequence if he/she gets found out.
