Cost me
8 x $14.85 = 118.80
+ $5 for stanless steal washers of the right size.
so $125 give or take, as i did them myself.
just a slight bit harder (not much) then changing cams.
from a dealer = ????? dont know, but i know the price of
b16a LMA is about twice to triple the cost each.(new)

just have your tappets adjusted.
could be as simple as that.
however they must be adjusted corectly. one cylinder at a time and with a stone cold engine.
only just read this thread but as the others said it sounds like ur valve clearances (tappets)
anyways i got it booked in hoping its an easy fix
it could be a loose piston or sum thing to do with a piston
where can i get a lma for a D series engine?
