maybe your earths.
my temp was playing up, when my earths shit em selves.
the ballast plugged into the oem plug ... i think its a cheap nasty set.. look sik but .. haha.... this problem isnt a thing that happens all the time that is why i believe it to be a electrical problem . we sat at the mechanics for like 30mins playing with all combinations of turning head lights on at idol and nothing happened .. i dont want to buy a radiator if mine is fine , my battery reads about 13V + on rsm .
*edit* the earth on the radiator fan we checked ... however i dont have a earth from my block to chassis , is this a problem ... i dont think they put it on when the conversion was done ..
i would check for stray current in the radiator ..
then check the earths of ur hid kit
then if all else fails put a temp guage in ur coolant pipes and test and monitor the water temps...
There should be 2 grounds coming off the block to the chassis... one from the transmission and one from the valve cover. Some cars have more but those two are a must.Quote:
