Spoon/vision(essentially the same product but the spoon branding carries a premium) has camber kits for the euro!

all these are going onto my car something this month, if anybody's interested, i can take pics of the installation and do a review.
I was previously running a comptech rear sway bar and the stock front sway bar then i switched to

which actually induced more understeer on tight corners....:(
but i felt better turn in response.
(can't do a comparison with a stock car as i never tracked the car when it was stock)
tried to soften the front and stiffen the rear which reduced the understeer but it was still present.
Hopefully camber adjustments will improve the car.
Hi Marc! That's because the swift bars upgrade the front sway stiffness, but the rear is similar to the comptech 22mm. So you get better response, but more understeer because overall, what you did was increase the front stiffness compared to the overall stiffness ratio.Quote:

Thanks
actually, i was kind of expecting it to understeer but wanted to see what the japs have to offer and how it would change the handling characteristics of the euro.
the front diameter wise is fairly similar to stock but it weighs twice as heavy, rear is slightly thicker than stock but again, twice as heavy. The increase in stiffness would therefore be attributed to a difference in material rather than an increase in thickness.
the comptech is much thicker and heavier though and would probably be stiffer than the swift.
swift is rated at F 115% stiffer and R 130% stiffer.
I bought the vision suspension arms off jolt/rod. he had them but didnt fit them and he sold the euro so i got them off him.
The stock front sway is a hollow 25.4mm bar. That's why the swift is heavier and stiffer. If you follow the ratings that whiteline uses (just for example), going from 14 to 22mm is 510% stiffer! So the swift rear is a big downgrade from your comptech. I notice that racing coilovers for the Euro have much stiffer rears compared to street coilovers, so maybe that compensates for the rear sway.Quote:

Hey, JDMYard gave me a price of $250+install for the ingalls rear camber kit (both sides). Just to let you all know.
To order it from america, the cheapest price i found was about AUD$370. If anyone knows where they can be bought for less than AUD$250, please let us know.
ohh, no idea! i'll have to get back to you after i get them fitted and getting my alignment done.Quote:

Im really happy about this, currently ive got -4.5 and -3.5 on the rears which are eating my tyres like nothing else so this will pay for itself in no time and it will also fix my problem with having the car drifting to one side...awesome!
