a major nightmare in 4ws preludes
And rebadge your car as a breeze, they didn't come out with air bag steering wheels.
Im sorry to tell you but the 95 civic breeze came out with an air bag wheel as standard.
Hope your not paying for insurance, cos consider it void :thumbdwn:
does anyone know of any write ups to remove the wheel?
have you looked in the DIY section
I took one off a DelSol. It isnt too hard. you just have to make up a copper plate/wire for the new horn. My main issue is that I cant tighten the hub properly. If I tighten it completely the steering is super heavy (basically there is no play in the wheel what so ever), but if I loosen it so it moves correctly then the wheel is too loose and feels like it might come off. I am working on it with my mechanic to sort it out.
