will do i have some pics somewhere
Hi guys sorry i dont have the pics yet put i put the coilovers in yesterday
what i can say the car rides 100 times better more stiffer no bounce like standerd feels really tight good handling aswell im really happy
but i couldnt lower it by another inch from the kingsprings the place said i need to get an alignment first and then they would try and lower it more
if you look at the back of the car looks like the back wheels are not centred the left one is sticking out of the guard more than the right side does anyone know why that is??
will an alignment fix that???
lol one is sticking out more? Are both wheels at the same angle?
An alignment should fix up the minor camber difference, but you'll ultimately need a camber kit to get the wheels vertical again.
How many centimeters/millimeters did you lower it, front and back?
Make sure you've lower both rear struts by the same amount.
Hey where did you get them from?
Also, when you say stiffer does that mean it rides harder? I need mine to ride softer i.e. not feel bumps
u need to do the wheels, the coilovers things and then after that alignment.. that will helps... btw, is this roy? where u got your ss and where is the place fitting ur coilover?
i got them from a trader on this site ed max honda power
Chasers fitted the coilovers no this is not roy sorry
its not a harsh ride just feels harder compared to stock
You'll need a rear camber kit, especially if you want to dump it. Otherwise your rear will be like -7 degree camber, and tyre wear will be a problem.
that's weird
i am fine even without wheel alignment but of coz i did it for my tyres.
it cant be very stiff but can as well soft like standard so you dun have to worry about the ride quality.
You'll need a rear camber kit if you want to adjust how much the wheels tilt out of the guard. You can only adjust the toe when stock.
does anyone know how to calculate how much a wheel will lean in or out in mm after changing the camber?
