How To Protect The Engine From Bullets?

Yeah the colour is abit of a turn off but I might get the CF one instead...

This bonnet is 5Kg lighter, the CF one is lighter, I'll see how I go....

Why dont people paint CF bonnets? Is it the wank factor? I'd love to have the weight drop, but not the ugly black bonnet.

True true. Even normal caliiber pistols with teflon coated bullets have a high chance of penetrating the kevlar. The tactical combat vests worn by the US infantry actually have hardened steel plates in them.
